Should companies use VR?
It would be inescapable which is good for the company but not for consumer. Only way to not irritate consumers would be by making it in some way interactive or fun for the consumer to watch. Right now it wouldn’t be smart because VR is not widely used by the public so not as many people would see it compared to traditional forms of media. Also, for companies that don’t have a young demographic (16 – 24) they wouldn’t be reaching their target market.
