Legal and ethical
Stereotyping – I run the risk of stereotyping working class people as I predict the fact that the business is run by working class people will be a re-occurring theme. Also, along those lines if I do choose to include the Brexit topic I want to make sure it is not implied that all working class people feel the same way about Brexit.
Product placement – Any supplies used by the business should not have logos shown in the frame.
Copyright – The music I use can’t be copyrighted.
Intrusion of privacy – This shouldn’t be an issue because I have permission for complete access of the building and will not publish anything from the interview that is not approved by the interviewee.
Libel law – Because I doing a factual piece I have too make sure I have reliable sources so everything I present is true.
